Terms of Service

JUYI specializes in manufacturing premium wool knitwear including but not limited to sweaters, cardigans, pullovers, and custom knitted garments. Our services include:

• Custom design and development
• Private label manufacturing
• Sample production
• Bulk manufacturing
• Quality control and inspection
• Packaging and shipping coordination

Order Placement: All orders must be confirmed in writing with detailed specifications including materials, colors, sizes, quantities, and delivery requirements.

Minimum Orders: Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product type and customization requirements. Specific minimums will be communicated during the quotation process.

Sample Approval: Production will commence only after written approval of samples by the client. Any changes requested after sample approval may incur additional costs and delivery delays.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and are subject to confirmation at the time of order placement.

Payment Schedule:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance before shipment
• Sample costs are payable in full upon sample order confirmation

Payment Methods: We accept wire transfers, letters of credit, and other mutually agreed payment methods.

Lead Times: Production lead times vary based on order complexity and quantity. Estimated delivery dates are provided upon order confirmation and are subject to material availability and production capacity.

Shipping: Products are shipped according to agreed Incoterms. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Force Majeure: Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or material shortages) will not constitute breach of contract.

Quality Assurance: All products undergo rigorous quality control processes to meet international standards and client specifications.

Warranty: We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from delivery date.

Claims: Any quality claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and detailed description of the issue.

Client Designs: Clients retain ownership of their proprietary designs, patterns, and trademarks provided to JUYI for manufacturing purposes.

Confidentiality: JUYI maintains strict confidentiality regarding client designs, business information, and trade secrets.

JUYI IP: JUYI retains ownership of its manufacturing processes, techniques, and proprietary methods.

JUYI's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

JUYI is committed to sustainable manufacturing practices and ethical business conduct. We comply with all applicable labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards. Our facilities maintain relevant certifications for quality and ethical manufacturing.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to cancellation fees for work already completed.

Partnership Termination: Either party may terminate the business relationship with 30 days written notice, subject to completion of existing orders.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Updates: JUYI reserves the right to modify these Terms with reasonable notice to existing clients. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
